• Education in both Electrical Engineering (BS) (MS) from CCNY and (PhD) in Electrical Engineering.
• Design of systems involving Department of Defense Communication Systems, Networking and Wireless Technologies which includes systems for the Future Combat Soldier.
• Experimental studies of electromagnetic; anti-gravity systems; plasma systems; radio communication systems, Paranormal Research & Development Systems including EMF Detectors; EMF Phase Array Systems; Portable Negative ION Generators; PMVP [Paranormal Magnetic Variation Phase Detector; Portable Geiger Counters for Paranormal Research and advanced research in UFO Detector Systems.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF HIS WORK

I'm the Research & Development Manager for TAPS. I design, test and research new technologies for tools to help paranormal researchers to do there work to collect, inspect and possibly observe/save evidence for the paranormal communities.

I'm also Engineering Manager Lead for a major DoD Defense Manufacturer to the US Government. We develop Communications, Navigation, Identification and Reconnaissance systems to the Armed Forces of the United States.

Paranormal hardware design accomplishments for TAPS

Equipment that I developed for TAPS aka Ghost Hunters such as new EMF detectors; Ion-generators; Portable White Noise Generators; Portable Narrow Beam Microwave Detectors; MVP (Magnetic Variation Pulse detectors for Electro-spirit energies as a start). Also Geiger Counters Hand Held Units with Data Logging capabilities.

11-11-06: Ron Millione of the Core Taps Team explains his new ghost detection gadget that's on the threshold of an amazing breakthrough whereby one will be able to have a two-way conversation with someone on the Other Side. 11-12-06: Ron Millione gives us his latest update on his project to duplicate The Philadelphia Experiment in a bathtub Ñ no joke Ñ he's getting close to being able to demonstrate this.
