2006/October 31: "The Alien Encounter: Perception and Projection" — This series of research updates reviews both case studies and human interpretations of encounters with advanced beings (ABs). It examines the distortions that may occur when the experiencer attempts to communicate the encounter to others, and when the tale is re-told to the public. The implications of these distortions for human psychological reactions are identified. The first report will describe a range of human perceptions from the "demonic forces" to "beings of light." The audience will be encouraged to communicate their own interpretations to the Night Search Team.

2006/September 25: "Some Personal Thoughts on When War is Not a War:" — Dear Friends and Colleagues, Enclosed is a little piece that begins to address the government's inappropriate use of war as a way of ruling. It describes a way many administrations have misused the war analogy and the use of unilateral war to accrue power and resources which they cannot otherwise make the case for. This distortion of the democratic process has led to a serious erosion of the republican principles on which this country was founded. 2006/February 11 Focus: "GODS OF OLD WERE AB's (advanced beings/alien beings):" — The "gods" of Roman, Greek, Egyptian, Sumerian, and Hindu myths were simply flesh-and-blood beings, but more advanced technologically than humans. Writers around the time of Jesus knew this, but modern, religion-oriented scholars reinterpreted history. Paul describes how history came to be re-written to cover-up the reality of ancient non-human intervention in human history.
