Guillermo Fuentes, director of San Antonio Paranormal Research Group, sent us these EVP recordings and there respective descriptions:
Description of EVP #1: This EVP was recorded at the Jailhouse Cafe located on the outskirts of Downtown San Antonio. The restaurant has a history of violence and murders. According to the owners, in the late 80s a previous owner and his wife got into a heated argument, which later escalated in a murder-suicide. Both of them died in the restaurant. Many believe the wife continues to walk the floors in the storage area while the husband continues to manifest in the office area. SAPI was called in October 2004. Description of EVP #2: Next EVP was recorded at a building (Turtle Dragon) constructed in 1908 and which served as a private residence till 1918. The building, which is located on the North side of Downtown San Antonio, was later used as a "Speak-Easy," a place where in the 20s and 30s liquor, prostitution, and gambling were available. These last three elements gave place to a number of murders, shootings and violence, and which were kept under the authorities radar to keep the building's secret (selling of liquor). Key witnesses also state that the trafficking of women and children that were forced into prostitution were also victims of violence. It is estimated that more than 200 people died in the Turtle Dragon. SAPI was called in on July 2nd, 2004. Our investigation lasted till December 2005. After one year and two months of intense research, SAPI was finally able to record an EVP.

Description of EVP #3: This EVP was recorded at a Private Residence constructed in the early 50s and is located in the South side of San Antonio. According to the owners and neighbors, the first owner happened to be a man who was known within the community as a Witch or a Curandero - a person who was also attributed to work with black magic or black witchcraft. The recording was obtained in November of 2004 while conducting an On-Site Investigation. To this day, SAPI has not been able to explain such recording. Family also reported seeing the full apparition of a little who according to the family, she died in the house in the 1960s. The investigation was ended in December of 2004. File: Satan_II.wav
Guillermo Fuentes is the founder and Director of San Antonio Paranormal Investigations (www.paranormalinvestigations.org), also known as the SAPI. As an Electronics Technician and with more than 10 years of experience in the field of RF Communications, Mr. Fuentes has devoted the past six years of his life to investigate, study, and document paranormal manifestations associated to the existence of life after-death, and the existence of human consciousness after physical departure. Mr. Fuentes has also devoted himself to help, assist, or guide individuals who are undergoing through situations commonly known as paranormal, supernatural, abnormal, unexplained, etc. In 2003, Guillermo Fuentes became the first Paranormal Investigator in San Antonio, Texas to found a Spanish Language organization named Investigaciones Paranormales de San Antonio (IPSA - www.investigacionesparanormales.org ), which provides a free-of-charge service to Spanish speaking community.
After one year investigating for the Institute of Paranormal Investigations in San Antonio, Texas Guillermo Fuentes decided to explore new horizons and began a new journey by founding San Antonio Paranormal Investigations in year 2000. Since the birth of SAPI, Mr. Fuentes has coordinated more than 300 Private/Public On-Site Investigations in San Antonio, Texas and nearby cities, giving cases as much continuity as possible, as Mr. Fuentes believes answers are not obtained in a 6-hour investigation.
Guillermo Fuentes became extremely interested in life after-death at a very young age, as he himself experienced manifestations related to the presence of ghost/spirit phenomena while living with his parents in the early 90's in Monterrey Mexico. At the age of 17, Mr. Fuentes became a victim of Poltergeist Phenomena in which he was able to witness the levitation of objects, voices coming from empty rooms, disembodied footsteps, physical touches, unexplained temperature fluctuations, and shutting and opening of doors. These experiences developed in Mr. Fuentes a keen interest in life after-death, which later inspired Mr. Fuentes to read and learn more on the subject of life after-death.
With more than 300 Public/Private Investigations over his shoulders, Mr. has developed techniques and methods with video cameras, photographic cameras and Psychics in which has resulted in the compilation of evidence strongly related to ghost/spirit manifestations.
For research purposes, Guillermo Fuentes applies a variety of electronic equipment, which helps the investigator locate and identify environmental anomalies. Mr. Fuentes also relies on Psychic impressions, which helps understand the phenomena in depth.
